It's ok, we can replace a frayed or broken cord.
Please add this service to replace one item e.g x1 bracelet repair for x1 bracelet & x2 repair or x2 bracelet. We will rebind this for you by hand.

Cancelation of orders:

Returns policy:
If you wish to return your item you need to contact us within 5 working days of receiving the item. Simply let us know your reason for returning the item. We are happy to offer you store credit for the amount that you have paid excluding any shipping and handling fees as these are non-refundable.

Our local engraver carefully laser engraves the message or initials into the pendant or bracelet piece
Adding your engraving message

Please write the words or what symbol e.g (#14) you want on the pendant in the notes section in the checkout.

Please consider the size of the pendant and the number of words that can fit on it.
- If you would like a symbol like a heart please write (heart).
- Please also note where you would like the engraving to be placed (e.g side and location on item) please write this in the checkout notes.
